What's the Story?
Carmel and Dani were referred to me by a previous, satisfied client. A charming young couple, this was to be the purchase of their first flat – a potentially stressful process. After showing them an apartment they liked, we entered negotiations with the sellers, who were also working through another agent. Because I knew that the apartment had been on the market a long time, I advised Carmel and Dani to offer a lower price than they had thought and to their surprise, their offer was accepted and the purchase was signed.
Real Estate Tip
It's true you can look by yourself for apartments for sale on websites and newspapers, but most buyers do not have the resources nor the time to know the up-to-date marketing details of each flat that is for sale. How long has it been posted? Have other offers been made? If so, for how much? This is precisely the added value I offer. Here my experience comes into play and helps my clients save lots of time and potentially thousands of shekels.
