what's the Story?

Jonathan came to me after he had already looked at a number of apartments. He was focused and knew exactly what he wanted. After a conversation to clarify his needs, we went to see a number of flats. Soon after, I found his dreamhouse—an apartment that fit his needs and lower in price than he had planned. As Jonathan was a new immigrant, the bank he was using made it difficult to get a mortgage. Now was the time to call in the powerhouse mortgage consultant I knew. Within a week the mortgage was approved and the transaction signed.
