What's th story?

Yohann was a client from France who wanted a vacation apartment for his family near the sea. Despite the fact that we conversed in English, the mother tongue of neither of us, we understood each other perfectly. I found him a flat that suited his needs – a new roof apartment in the Carmel Market area. This was a particularly quick process because Johann had to make the purchase by the end of the year for tax reasons. We fast-tracked the transaction with ease and we both enjoyed the process. He and his family now come to Israel frequently and enjoy their vacation apartment.
