A 3-Room apartment on Megadim Street Ramat Gan
What's the Story?
Sometimes you have to help people think ‘outside the box’. Tomer had an apartment in Ramat Gan that he wanted to sell. At the same time, an elderly English couple came to me who had just come on Aliyah and had been in the country for a year. They were looking for a flat in Tel Aviv, but their budget was not big enough and they needed a building with an elevator. I explained to them that if they did not insist on living in Tel Aviv, perhaps they should explore the second-tier encircling Tel Aviv. That is how, with my help, they discovered Ramat Gan. I introduced them to Tomer and his property – a three-room flat with an elevator and easy access to public transportation. Exactly what they needed.
Real Estate Tip
I frequently hear from flat owners that they don’t need an agent. Perhaps in some cases that is true. But think about this for a moment: An agent has a wealth of information on buyers and sellers and thus provides added value to both sides. In this case, for example, the buyers would never have found Tomer’s flat without the services of an agent. Tomer also benefited from qualified buyers who were prepared to make the purchase on conditions he was willing to accept.
In Tomer's words
“Dear Ran Binya, R.E. Agent. I write this letter after enjoying the most generous service from Ran Binya of the Domestic Real Estate agency, who recently took care of selling my apartment in Ramat Gan. We are well-pleased with the assistance provided by Ran Binya who brought the right buyers and enabled a purchase process with good results. All along, we were impressed with his professionalism, persistence, diligence, courtesy, and the openness with which he managed the process and shared with us every step of the way. He worked devotedly right up to the signing of the contracts. We were completely satisfied. Whoever is planning to sell or purchase a home, we highly recommend Ran from Domestic.
