What's the Story
While I was still working in Jerusalem before moving to Tel Aviv, Malka came to me. She was one of three sisters who had inherited a three-room house built in the Arab style in the city. Despite the high ceilings and the flat’s enormous potential, there wasn't a doubt that it needed significant refurbishing. In addition, the area in which the flat was located was a difficult one for a sell – on a major highway.. The process of selling was long, but with high motivation and focus on the goals, we succeeded in selling the flat. The apartment was bought by a young couple who were not bothered by the noise.
